This course is designed to consider a variety of cultural issues pertaining to food; however, it is not primarily a culinary course.
Because we all eat, students in all programs can both contribute to and benefit from participation in this class. All are welcome--although it's best if you've completed both Writing I and Writing II or their equivalents.
